Infrastructure / Transportation Take on the Florida Department of Transportation to ensure that Rapid Bus Lanes in the South Corridor are working 100% of the time. Infrastructure / Transportation Immediately begin the expansion on E-W & N-S of the Metrorail. Infrastructure / Transportation Eliminate Transportation Impact Fee District and ensure that ALL infrastructure/Transportation funds stay within a 1-mile radius of every development to ensure proper mitigation of local infrastructure. Wages / Job Benefits Eliminate all OPEN positions in Miami-Dade County that don't delivery direct services to the people. I will analyze all job duties and reform the current service delivery methods. Taxes / Budget Reform DERM to eliminate all discretion on small businesses. Taxes / Budget Plan to roll-back property taxes in Miami-Dade by 10% and cap non-homesteaded properties at 5%. Taxes / Budget Eliminate ALL bureaucratic positions between the Mayor's Office and Department Directors including Heat Officer and Bay Officer. Taxes / Budget Eliminate the current procurement process and start from scratch. The current process artificially inflates prices due to high bureaucratic burdens. The goal is to save 10% to 15% off all county solicitations. Taxes / Budget Putting ALL cost saving options on the table as we put residents first.
