Infrastructure / Transportation District 3 is the oldest part of Longview. Our streets, drainage systems, and lighting reflect decades of deferred investment. I will prioritize infrastructure repairs, better street lighting, and accountability in how our tax dollars are spent on the ground where we live. Economy The corridors of Martin Luther King Blvd, Eastman Road, and Mobberly Avenue are the economic backbone of District 3. I will work to ignite local business development along these corridors, attract responsible investment, and ensure our community benefits from Longview's growth not just watches it happen elsewhere. Arts / Culture From our parks and public spaces to cultural programming and neighborhood pride District 3 deserves visible investment. I will work to expand opportunities for youth and seniors, support the Cultural Arts, and build partnerships with institutions like LeTourneau University to create programming and opportunity right here in our community.
