Economy If we want to attract businesses of all sizes, having “shovel-ready property” is key to growth. We need businesses to come to Ohio and stay here. Through financial and tax incentives we will be able to better attract companies to Northern Ohio. Education I understand the importance of helping kids find options that work for them - not just four-year degrees. We must encourage and incentivize skilled trades and provide students exposure to trades at an early age. Our students must be career or college-ready upon graduation. Criminal Justice / Public Safety When we have active community engagement with our law enforcement we can reduce crime. We must invest in police training and bridging the relationship gap between citizens and law enforcement. Environment / Energy We must continue to fight to keep Lake Erie clean, making it a focal point of tourism and industry. By leveraging and protecting Lake Erie, we can create new attractions and jobs to grow our economy and add to the standard of living in Northern Ohio.
