My Top Issues

Supporting policies that attract private investment and economic growth

Beachwood needs to develop the road and infrastructure on the land we acquired in the Chagrin Highlands to continue to increase city revenue.

Promoting renewable energy initiatives

We should be installing solar panels on city buildings where feasible, transitioning to electric and hybrid vehicles, and requiring department heads to justify gas-only vehicle purchases.

Enhancing transparency and accountability

Take solar street lighting — there’s currently zero budget allocated beyond a small pilot, yet we’re talking about a multimillion-dollar rollout. We must be upfront with residents: tell them the true cost, and assure them this won’t mean a special tax or hidden assessment.
