Wages / Job Benefits Retaining and attracting great educators requires fair and competitive compensation, strong benefits, and the support they need to do their best work. Education I am committed to ensuring that every student gets the support they need to thrive. That includes strong programs for special education, personalized learning, and resources that help every child reach their full potential. Education Hudson School District provides students with a strong mix of opportunities, from clubs and AP courses to career and technical education like carpentry and welding. As a board member, I am committed to protecting and expanding these options so every student is ready for what comes next after graduation. Education I’m focused on minimizing the negative impact of technology on students. This year, the high school took a great first step by banning cell phones in the classroom. As a board member, I will continue to carefully consider the role of technology and AI to keep students engaged, focused, and ensure learning always comes first. Taxes / Budget Responsible spending is essential to protect both student opportunities and taxpayer trust. As a board member, I focus on wise budgeting and thoughtful use of resources, always considering the impact on taxpayers. Criminal Justice / Public Safety A safe and supportive school environment is essential for learning. When students feel anxious or unsafe, learning suffers. Hudson School District is committed to student safety and mental health, and I will continue to champion these priorities as a school board member.
