School District Directors are charged with policy-making duties for the public education system within their district. They work in association with state and federal education policy to ensure that all students within are district are well-educated and prepared for college, career, and community opportunities upon graduation. This position is unpaid.

Issue 1 - Taxes / Budget

I believe it is critical that we leverage our collective voices to demand the state adequately fund our schools. We also need to invest locally in upgrading our school facilities to ensure our students have the best learning environment.

Issue 2 - Education

Our most important priority is ensuring all Reynolds students succeed academically. We have made gains these past four years in reading and math scores, and we must stay the course to meet our board goals. This means investing in curriculum, reducing class sizes, and building and maintaining existing community partnerships.
