Wages / Job Benefits I will make misclassification an enforcement priority. I will fight to close the gaps in Georgia's harassment protections. I will use every referral and platform tool this office has to hold employers accountable for the full range of violations the law allows. Wages / Job Benefits I will use every enforcement, referral, and public platform tool this office has to pursue the employers and networks responsible. I will partner with community organizations that already have the trust of vulnerable workers. And I will say clearly and publicly that Georgia will not be a state where exploitation is cheaper than compliance. Wages / Job Benefits I will embed multilingual capacity into every public-facing function of this department including complaint systems, outreach materials, career center services, and departmental staff. Spanish is the starting point, not the ceiling. Wages / Job Benefits I will fight to make the system more accessible, more responsive, and less punitive. Workers who lose jobs through no fault of their own should not have to fight a bureaucracy to survive while they get back on their feet. Wages / Job Benefits I will shift from reactive to proactive enforcement, directing investigators toward the industries where exploitation is most concentrated including poultry, construction, agriculture, and hospitality. I will build multilingual complaint systems so workers can report in their own language. I will publish enforcement data publicly so communities can hold this office accountable. And I will pursue full wage recovery for workers, not just fines that employers write off as a cost of doing business. Wages / Job Benefits I will use the Labor Commissioner's apprenticeship and workforce development authority to build real pipelines from Black, immigrant, and rural communities into clean energy careers. Wages / Job Benefits I will make enforcement data public. I will hold repeat violators accountable by name.
