And I will always fight to keep Torrance "Torrance" and prevent the failed policies of Los Angeles County from impacting our quality of life. Environment / Energy I am one of the only local leaders willing to stand up to “big oil” and demand an end to dangerous chemicals leaching into our neighborhoods from the Torrance Refinery.
