Infrastructure / Transportation Tragedies like Surfside can be avoided by instituting national building standards and improving inspection quality and frequency. Also, since much of our traffic issues are a result of the ongoing (federal) interstate changes and rebuilds, federal monies can be used to ease our traffic woes. Economy INFLATION has risen every month since 2021. Everyone is feeling the pinch, especiallythose households with lower incomes, who say they are living from paycheck to paycheck and are falling behind. The US National Debt began the year at 34 trillion and surged to 34.47 trillion by the end of February, piling on 470 billion in merely two months. With the debt continually compounding, it’s on a trajectory to swell by 1 trillion, roughly every 100 days. At this rate of borrowing, the National Debt is projected to balloon by 2.8 trillion over the course of this year. With Federal Debt spirally out of control, what lies ahead for Americans and the US economy? WE MUST STOP THE UNNECESSARY SPENDING! Government Reform This great country was founded on Christian values and principles. War is being raged on Christians, our family structures, and our traditional American values. I will fight to end this relentless attack! Government Reform Equal justice under the law must include everyone. I will fight in support of the equal application of the law and put an end to the two-tiered justice system thatis currently being displayed. Government Reform We need a National Hurricane Insurance Program that people can purchase, similar to the National Flood Insurance Program. FEMA resources are supposed to be for real emergencies to supplement those who do not have enough insurance, however, here in Florida, many cannot afford insurance at all, so they end up relying on FEMA just to cover the basics. FEMA is an archaic and antiquated program that needs to be rebuilt from the ground up and with the addition of a new program specifically for hurricane events, we can truly help people while at the same time, saving FEMA’s resources. Immigration Immigration reform that protects American citizenship is extremely necessary to maintain a strong nation. We have to secure our border and restructure our visa process. In order to enforce our immigrations laws, we must build a wall. I also support immigrants that come into our country, legally in pursuit of the American dream. Foreign Policy October 7th, 2023, was the deadliest day in Jewish history since the Holocaust after Palestinian terrorists from Hamas launched an invasion in southern Israel. Today, Israel is doing all it can to protect and defend its people, and I will boldly stand with our greatest ally, Israel. I will fight and pray for the safety and security of the people of Israel.
