Strive to bring operational control for everything not an enumerated power in the Constitution back to the State Government, such as education, health care, abortion, welfare, unemployment, all things that can be handled more efficiently and responsively on a smaller statewide scale Legislation Implement statewide policies that will recharge our beloved State, with the topography, transportation resources, but most importantly available labor here, we can build North Carolina to be the nations destination for the best place to live. I will do that with job creating tax incentives with every piece of legislation and regulation being weighed against its effect on jobs and way of life. How about welfare reform that allows you to have more money when you go back to work instead of cutting your pay? Or even tax incentives for companies to train and hire welfare recipients? Legislation Currently our freedoms of Speech, Religion, Protest, Self Defense, and Privacy are under unconstitutional attack from our own Government.
