Criminal Justice / Public Safety With law enforcement facing increasing demands and dangers, Paula believes maintaining competitive compensation and strong departmental support is essential to attracting and retaining qualified officers — and to keeping Harford County one of the safest communities for families and businesses. Taxes / Budget Since her election in 2021, Paula has voted for four balanced budgets — without raising taxes and without cutting services to residents. As District C’s representative, Paula will continue to be fiscally conservative, protect taxpayer dollars, and hold the line on taxes. Infrastructure / Transportation As the representative for District C, Paula will continue advancing common-sense policies that encourage growth that truly fits our community, ensuring development enhances rather than diminishes our quality of life.
