Taxes / Budget I will conduct regular reviews of processes to identify savings opportunities, such as adopting affordable digital tools for recording documents, reducing paper use, cross-training staff for flexibility during peak times (like elections), and minimizing waste. These changes won't require big spending or fee increases; instead, they'll build on existing resources to make the office run smoother and faster. By focusing on efficiency, we can deliver the same high-quality service -- court minutses, board records, elections support, and more -- while protecting taxpayers from unnecessary costs. Government Reform I will focus on practical improvements like exploring user-friendly online portals for requesting records (where legally allowed), and extended or flexible hours for busy families and farmers. We'll maintain personal, face-to-face, approachable and friendly services the our community expects while reducing red tape and paperwork where possible.
