The County Clerk/Recorder and Surveyor is responsible for maintaining and administering the county land survey records, official government survey monuments, and reviewing property boundaries, surveys, and subdivision plans. The duties of a County Clerk/Recorder and Surveyor also include maintaining other county records, such as birth, marriage, and death certificates.
