Education Ron Gould opposes top down education curriculum such a “Common Core” or whatever they change the name to next. Ron supports school boards working along with parents to support the classroom teacher to educate the student. Children are not “Human Capitol” to feed the engine of industry, they are individuals and should be treated as such. Taxes / Budget Ron Gould would use any surplus revenue to pay down the state’s debt and return to our constitutional limit. Taxes / Budget To rein in spending, Ron supports placing spending limits into to the state constitution. This will keep government from out growing our economy. Ron will not vote for budgets that continue the fiscally irresponsible practice of spending what we don’t have. Taxes / Budget As Country Supervisor, Ron will be no different. He will never vote for a tax increase and he will always stand up and support efforts to reduce the burden that taxes place on you and your family. Guns Ron will be no different as County Supervisor, where he will continue his leadership in protecting and defending the 2nd Amendment. Immigration He will also stand firm against the left’s continuing effort to push for policies that reward illegal immigration while ignoring the very serious problems it brings.
