Environment / Energy Secondary is to preserve unimproved Open Space and Natural Arroyos as well as improve spaces in Naturalistic Arroyos. Environment / Energy The primary mission is to inform the general public about the need for improving our arroyo systems to prevent loss of life, loss of property and protect businesses due to flooding. Environment / Energy We implement design features that allow water to naturally recharge our aquifers.
