Government Reform Hawkins believes strong relationships between the town, city, tribal, and state governments are vital to everyone's success. Government Reform If elected, Hawkins will put in place a citizen reporting portal web-based for the district that will be viewable by the public to allow transparency for road issues from start to finish. All citizen concerns will be addressed appropriately and professionally. District functionality will be evaluated to maximize work productivity. Government Reform Grant writing will be a priority to seek out funds to allow for the betterment of District 2 and the entire county government. An open-door policy for all employees and the public to promote open dialogue on issues that face the district and county government.
