Housing Janesville has had a perilously low housing supply for far too long. We need to increase the supply of all housing types to build a vibrant, diverse community where everyone can find a spot to call Janesville home. I will push for sustainable developments, embrace long-overdue zoning changes, and pursue development of under-utilized lots. Infrastructure / Transportation I will advocate for a usable transit system, more connectivity for our bicycle paths, and streets that are safe for everybody. With improved zoning codes, more of your daily trips can be within walking distance, and when you do need to get across town, you should be able to catch a bus without planning for it.
