Economy Stacey supports reducing unnecessary government obstacles and red tape so local businesses can grow, hire, and invest in the community. A strong local economy means better jobs and stronger tax revenues. Infrastructure / Transportation Stacey supports preserving Citrus County’s natural resources, heritage, and sense of place while balancing responsible, well-planned growth. Protecting waterways, parks, and neighborhoods must remain a priority. Criminal Justice / Public Safety Stacey believes in working closely with the Citrus County Sheriff’s Office and Fire Rescue to ensure they have the resources, staffing, and support needed to protect lives and property in every neighborhood—urban and rural alike. Infrastructure / Transportation Stacey supports completing overdue road repairs while protecting the long-term integrity of our infrastructure so traffic moves safely and efficiently. That means planning ahead, using proven construction practices, and ensuring growth pays its fair share rather than burdening existing residents. Taxes / Budget Stacey believes in monitoring budget details, questioning assumptions, identifying savings opportunities, and making sure major projects are done right the first time—without waste or shortcuts.
