My Top Issues

Economy

From Friendly Center to corner coffee shops, our small businesses are the heartbeat of District 4. I’ll fight for streamlined permitting, startup kiosks, and city‑backed promotion small businesses.

Government Reform

I’ll work to bring 21st‑century tools to City Hall—using automation and AI to cut red tape, speed up services, and save taxpayers money. Greensboro deserves a government that keeps pace with its people.

Criminal Justice / Public Safety

Our neighborhoods should be places where families feel safe walking after dark. I’ll work to restore trust in policing while expanding non‑emergency response teams, and push for better lighting, safer intersections, and clear paths for walkers, bikers, and strollers.

Legislation

Many seniors want to stay in their homes but face rising costs and mobility challenges. I’ll push for targeted tax relief and launch a senior mobility pilot program to ensure our elders can stay active and independent.

Criminal Justice / Public Safety

Public safety is the foundation of a thriving community. I’ll make sure our police officers have the resources, training, and staffing they need to respond quickly and effectively, while also building stronger trust with the neighborhoods they serve. A safe Greensboro means working hand‑in‑hand with law enforcement and the community.

Infrastructure / Transportation

City services should respond like a neighbor, not a call center. I’ll work with the city council to map repair needs street by street, make fixing potholes and broken sidewalks a priority, and follow up until the job is done.

Social Services

Crime prevention starts with purpose and opportunity. I’ll work to expand after‑school programs, create summer job partnerships, and bring STEAM and trade skill programs into local rec centers so every child sees a future worth working toward.
