Taxes / Budget Stable tax rates achieved through careful budgeting and careful growth of new homes and businesses. Economy Ensure that Watertown is business-friendly through efficient permitting processes and ordinances. Housing Prioritize enforcement of the city’s municipal codes to ensure that property values are maintained. Infrastructure / Transportation Continue to invest in the improvement of city streets – currently spend 1.5 million annually. Social Services Create and fund beautification and exterior maintenance grant projects.
