Infrastructure / Transportation I will work to improve transit options for our community and across metro Atlanta. Wages / Job Benefits HD 42 residents deserve access to quality employment that pays a fair, living wage, and we must continue to provide a climate that creates job opportunities for all residents. Healthcare Expanding Medicaid in Georgia is one way we can help cover the Georgians. Women’s reproductive freedom is an also essential healthcare right that we must protect in Georgia. Civil Rights It is critical to oppose discriminatory and mean-spirited initiatives like RFRA, and to support legislation and policies that will ensure the safety and health of all LGBTQ Georgians. We must also fight to enact comprehensive hate crimes legislation, ensure that all Georgians are treated fairly and justly, and ensure equal opportunities and protections for employment, housing, and healthcare.
