Drug Policy Designate two Agents dedicated to “Death by Distribution” cases who will coordinate with deputies assigned to Brunswick County Treatment Court and the Anchor Initiative Program. Education Work with county officials to update protocols for schools to ensure safety of students and staff. Criminal Justice / Public Safety The conviction of “Aggravated Death by Distribution” could face a prison sentence of up to 393 months. This aggressive approach will help give closure to the families who are losing their family members to the disease of addiction.
