Criminal Justice / Public Safety Always support our first responders by working to provide improved resources and safety infrastructure and remain aware of the changing world around us and ensure that the safety and security of all members of our community remain a top priority. Criminal Justice / Public Safety Fulfill the administration of open grants by seeing projects to completion and opening the possibility of additional state grant opportunities for future projects. Infrastructure / Transportation Complete remaining phases of our community sidewalks project, in addition to completion on the new turning lane onto School Road, improving the safety and efficiency of travel in and around town center and School Road. Infrastructure / Transportation Continue to professionalize municipal departments to reduce redundancies and provide more efficient, effective public services. Environment / Energy Complete construction of new solar capacity at the Transfer Station and Lachat Offut Center. Environment / Energy Continued implementation of the town new sustainability plan. Environment / Energy Renovate the water supply for school and town facilities, using funds from the State Revolving Fund. Economy Provide opportunities for smart development in the Village District, to encourage business growth and the construction of diverse housing options. Arts / Culture Continue to support community events including Veteran Recognition Ceremonies, Founder’s Day, Pride, and the Holiday Music Festival and Tree Lighting.. Social Services Support additional expansion of services and activities through the Senior Center and Parks and Recreation.
