Education
California is facing a teacher shortage. To address this problem, Troy's administration continues to invest in and support the Teachers College of San Joaquin (TCSJ), the only accredited graduate school of education in California operated by a county office of education. TCSJ and programs like Teacher Education and Early College High (TEACH!), which offers high school students an affordable pathway to getting a credential, provide an influx of talented new teachers that can support and educate our kids.
