Criminal Justice / Public Safety Because of this, I am committed to building a safer Wallingford. I will continue to partner with our Police and Fire Departments to prioritize our investment in safety, and attract and retain top talent to serve our community as First Responders. Infrastructure / Transportation I will continue to focus on building out our digital infrastructure, investing in our roads, sidewalks and buildings, seeking the appropriate state and federal grants, and navigating critical decisions for our town like the future of Community Pool Park. Economy We must continue to embrace this global role, support our current business community and bring new business to Wallingford. When we expand Wallingford’s role as a global crossroad, we further strengthen our tax base, increase property values and bring additional income to many small businesses throughout town.
