Housing I will work to reduce housing costs down by voting to fund more affordable housing and utilizing the city’s land bank to develop mixed-income affordable housing. Environment / Energy To prepare our community for the climate crisis, I will work to build resilient and sustainable infrastructure. As your Alder, I will further advocate for decarbonizing city facilities, financing green energy projects, and protecting our natural assets. I pledge to also work with the county to clean up our lakes and build resilient infrastructure. Housing I will also work to update Madison’s zoning code to make it easier to build dense, walkable neighborhoods. Infrastructure / Transportation I will advocate for increasing Madison Metro funding, on-time and more frequent bus routes, and making it safer for people to walk, bike, bus, and drive. No one should have to fear traffic violence on their daily commute.
