Economy I am committed to collaborating with local neighborhoods to make strategic redevelopment decisions that enhance our competitiveness and ensure long-term prosperity. This includes prioritizing the revitalization of the Glen Burnie Town Center. Criminal Justice / Public Safety Will work to recruit and retain police, EMS, and fire personnel by advocating for competitive pay and resources. I will also make sure that mental health, homeless resources, and reentry programs are effective at reducing recidivism. Housing I will work to ensure Anne Arundel County has a comprehensive strategy and policy that addresses issues in our zoning code that allow for affordability and attainability in our housing market. Infrastructure / Transportation I am committed to supporting efforts that build sustainable and resilient communities to tackle the environmental challenges of the 21st century. This includes improving public waterways, enhancing drainage systems, and addressing flooding to protect both our infrastructure and the safety of our residents. Education I will make sure that our schools have the resources to provide competitive salaries for teachers and staff, facilities for 21st-century learning, and wrap-around services to provide for all students regardless of their zip code.
