Government Reform The Public Administrator’s office doesn’t have to just react to death. It can be a proactive community resource — distributing guidance, partnering with nonprofits, connecting grieving families to support. Government Reform I’m producing a 32-page free guide — ‘When Someone Passes: A Nye County Family Guide’ — and distributing 10,000 copies to funeral homes, churches, hospitals, senior centers, and libraries across Nye County before the election. This is funded entirely by community advertisers at no cost to taxpayers. It’s not a campaign flyer. It’s a community resource. Taxes / Budget I will publish an annual public report — every case, every dollar, every outcome. I will welcome audits. I will implement a fair rotation system for all contractors — attorneys, real estate professionals, cleanup companies, storage facilities — so no one gets preferential access. Government Reform This is a legislative fix — a single BDR requiring inter-county death notification. I will pursue it in my first term, and I have the background in cross-agency coordination to get it done.
