About this position
The County Property Assessment Review Board is responsible for reviewing the assessments of all property within the county, correcting all assessments which should be corrected, directing the County Assessor to change, correct, alter, or modify assessments as justice may require.

Eligibility Requirements
Must be a qualified elector of the county. Must not have been convicted of a crime punishable by imprisonment in the state or federal penitentiary.
Filing Requirements
Filing Fee (Major party candidates only): 2% of the annual salary for the office. Petition Signature Requirements (independent and minor party candidates only): 3% of the number of votes cast in the district for the office of governor in the last general election.
