County Executive Head in Garland County, Arkansas

Qualified judges shall be at least twenty-five years of age, a citizen of the United States, a person of upright character, of good business education, and a resident of the State for two years before the election; and a resident of the county at the time of the election; and must never have been convicted of embezzlement of public money, bribery, forgery, or other infamous crime.

Filing fee is set by the party county committee (party candidates). Petition signature requirements: 3% of the qualified electors in the county or township in which the candidate seeks office, based upon the total number of votes cast for Governor in that county or township at the last election, but in no event shall more than 2,000 signatures (independant candidates).
