Eligibility Requirements
No person shall be a mayor unless, at the time of his election, he is twenty one (21) years old, a qualified elector and freeholder residing within the city at the time of his election, and has resided therein for one year next proceeding.
Filing Requirements
No filing fee; signature requirement of at least 5% and not more than 10% of the voters in the city.
