Eligibility Requirements
A candidate must be a qualified and registered voter of the Town of Gilbert, registered to vote no later than the date of the first signature on the nomination petitions; and a resident of the Town of Gilbert or an annexed area for at least one year prior to the election
Filing Requirements
No filing fee; signature requirement of at least 5% and not more than 10% of the voters in the city.
