Eligibility Requirements
A candidates must be 18 years of age or older at the time of filing nomination papers; a qualified and registered voter of the City of Tempe at the time of filing nomination papers; a resident of the City of Tempe or an annexed area for at least two years immediately preceding the election.
Filing Requirements
No filing fee; signature requirement of at least 5% and not more than 10% of the voters in the city.
