Eligibility Requirements
A candidate must be eighteen (18) years of age or older at the time of filing nomination papers. Be a qualified elector* of Lake Havasu City at the time of filing nomination papers. Have resided in Lake Havasu City for at least one year.
Filing Requirements
No filing fee; signature requirement of at least 5% and not more than 10% of the voters in the city.
