Eligibility Requirements
A candidate shall be a qualified elector of the county and resident of the community college district (and any relevant precinct) for the office they seek to represent.
Filing Requirements
No filing fee. Petition signature requirements: At least one-quarter of 1% but not more than ten percent of the total voter registration in the precinct as established pursuant to section 15-1441. Notwithstanding the total voter registration in the community college district, the maximum number of signatures required is one thousand.
