A candidate interested in running for Sahuarita Town Council Member must be at least 18 years of age; a qualified elector at the time of filing their nomination paper; and have resided in Sahuarita for one year.
Filing Requirements
No filing fee; signature requirement of at least 5% and not more than 10% of the voters in the city.
