Eligibility Requirements

Must be a U.S. citizen, 18 years old on or before election day, a registered voter living in the jurisdiction identified on the nomination paper at least 30 days prior to the end of the nomination period. Must be licensed to practice in the State of California as a certified public accountant and have been so certified for at least five (5) years immediately preceding the date of filing of a nominating petition for the office of City Auditor.

Filing Requirements

Filing fee is $230, filing signatures are 20.
