Candidate must be otherwise qualified as required by law and both reside in the geographical area making up the district from which he/she is nominated to be elected and is a registered voter of the City of Rancho Cucamonga at the time nomination papers are issued.

Filing fee of no more than $25; minimum signature requirement of 20 and a maximum of 30.
