No person shall be eligible to hold office as Mayor or as a member of the City Council unless he or she is and shall have been a resident and qualified elector of the City and the applicable electoral district for at least thirty days next preceding the date of his or her election.

No filing fee. Petition Signature Requirement: 50 signatures.
