Eligibility Requirements
Candidate must have resided in the city, and in the district from which elected, for at least 1 year immediately preceding the election. Candidate must maintain residency in the district and the city throughout term. Candidate must be a registered elector of the city. Candidate must not have been convicted of a felony. Candidate must be a U.S. citizen and at least 25 years of age.
