Eligibility Requirements
A candidate must be at least 18 years of age, a U.S. citizen, a state and district resident of the district in which he or she is elected, and must be licensed to practice law in the state for the last 5 years
Filing Requirements
Signature requirement is 1000 or 10% of votes cast in previous primary election (whichever is less) (major party); 1000 or 3% of votes cast in previous general election (whichever is less) (minor party/unaffiliated)
