Eligibility Requirements

A candidate must be a qualified elector in the judicial district they are respresenting at the time of the election or selection. The candidate must licensed to practice law in Colorado for at least five years; and under the age of 72 at the time his or her name is submitted to the Governor for appointment.

Filing fee: 0. A candidate must submit an application via e-mail to the 18th Judicial District Nominating Commission prior to the deadline listed for the vacancy.
