How to run for Town Council

Meet eligibility requirements
Candidate shall be a registered elector of the town who has resided within the town for a period of twelve consecutive months immediately proceeding the election. No person who has been convicted of a felony or a willful violation of this Charter shall be qualified to serve as Mayor or Councilmember.
