Eligibility Requirements

Candidate must be at least 21 years of age, have been a bonafide domiciliary of the Town for a period of at least one year immediately prior to the date of the election, and otherwise qualified to vote at the annual Town election. No person having been convicted of a felony or a crime of moral turpitude shall be qualified to be a candidate for office on the Town Council.
