Eligibility Requirements
Candidate must be at least twenty-one (21) years of age, who, for a period of at least fifteen (15) years immediately preceding his/her election, has not been convicted of a felony, as that crime is designated by the State of Delaware, and who is a bona fide domiciliary of the Town shall be eligible to hold the office of Council member.
