Eligibility Requirements
Candidates for the office of Town Council must be at least 21 years of age, and, for a period of at least one year prior to the date of the election, been a bona fide resident of the Town qualified to vote at the annual Town election as provided in Section 6.1. No person having been convicted of a felony or any crime of moral turpitude shall be qualified to be a candidate for the office of Town Council.
