Meet eligibility requirements
Candidate must be bona fide resident of the United States and of the State of Delaware and a resident of the Town of Houston for at least one (1) year next preceding the Annual Municipal Election; and (b) At least eighteen (18) years of age; (c) Be non-delinquent in their town taxes;
