Eligibility Requirements
Candidate must be above the age of 21 years, the owner of real estate within said Town of Little Creek, a nondelinquent payer of taxes to the said Town of Little Creek, and a resident of said Town of Little Creek for at least two (2) years. Ownership of stock in a corporation owning real estate in the said Town of Little Creek shall not constitute ownership of real estate as required by this Section, Disposal of real estate shall not disqualify a Commissioner or assessor from serving the remainder of the term to which he has been duly elected.
