Eligibility Requirements
Candidate must be a qualified voter of the Town of Bellefonte who is at least eighteen (18) years of age, who is a United States citizen, who has not been convicted of a felony, and who has resided in the Town for at least one year prior to the day of the election. Any person elected to the office of Town Commission member must continue, throughout the term of office, to meet these qualifications or shall forfeit the office.
