Candidate for councilman must be twenty-one (21) years of age, a citizen of the United States and of the State of Delaware, a bona fide resident of The Town of Laurel, and if applicable, a bona fide resident of the respective ward they are running for office, and a registered voter of The Town of Laurel.
Filing Requirements
No Filing fee. Petition signature requirement is 10 signatures.
